THE PROCESS

Develop

We want to develop a client focused relationship in order to deliver exactly what our customer desires.  We create an environment that makes the planning process enjoyable and as stress free as possible.  We will be your principal advocate and guide you through each step of the planning process so that you and your guests experience the most authentic, creative and personalized event.

Design

We will help you define your vision and create a conceptual design plan that will ensure that your event is unique and cohesive. From elegant table-scapes, unique floral arrangements, custom lighting and furnishings, tent arrangements and floor plans, perfectly created stationary suites and programs, to custom design menus, welcome bags and favors, we will ensure that the event is exclusively yours.

Coordinate 

Once your overall concept and vision are developed, implementation and management of your special day becomes paramount.  Venues are scouted out, talented and proven vendors are researched and recommended, contracts are reviewed and negotiated, caterers and bakers are tested, and many other design elements are sourced and approved.  Logistical plans including extensive time lines, transportation strategies, and budget reports are developed and maintained throughout the process.
